Consent is sought by all supporters subscribed to our email list to receive copies of our "Occaisional News", and other updates.
In the case of supporters emails these are sent “blind”. It is our policy to remove supporters’ details from our distribution lists upon request. This policy is advertised with the contact information at the bottom of official emails.

Our Volunteers
In the case of volunteers contact information is shared with other volunteers in order that they may communicate with each other. Group emails are sent “en clair” with volunteers able to see each others’ email addresses.
Volunteer applications and personal data are held securely in files, in accordance with the UK GDPR and as outlined in our data retention and disposal policy.
