We are delighted to announce that the Charity Commission has now officially recognised the change of our name from Haslar Visitors Group to Friends Without Borders.
We have been in existence for twenty years and in this time the services we offer have changed. It was felt in particular that our name did not reflect the work that we do at the All Saints drop-in-centre. The change of name was discussed and later voted on by trustees and other participants at the Annual General Meeting in March 2014. The new name was adopted unanimously. In due course we will be updating the website and all other official documents and contact details. Comments are closed.
